Lynda Goodwyn is a 48 year old healthcare business professional who has an enthusiasm for life and love for people. When asked about what she does for a living, she quickly responds, “My day job is the Director of Communications, Production & Education for a national health care company, but what makes me get up each morning is a deep desire to touch the lives of people in my community.”
Lynda is an advocate and mentor for women and children affected by the issues of domestic and teen dating violence. For 6 years she was the President of HOPE at the Well, a faith-based domestic violence awareness and prevention ministry located in Norcross, GA. She is the Chairman of the Board for Sistas Circle, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire youth, empower women and enrich the lives of our elderly community. She is also a caregiver for her 77 year old mother.
As a health and fitness enthusiasts, in 2012 Lynda embarked upon a life-changing journey – to be healthy on purpose! Lynda has developed a passion to help others who are struggling to get healthy, live healthy and stay healthy. She uses her voice and personal fitness journey experience to motivate others to find their healthy on purpose. Lynda’s message is simple, “Do you want to live healthy on purpose? Then let’s do it!
